Order Turnaround
The vast majority of orders will ship within 2 business days after the transaction is completed and payment is confirmed. With regular delivery, you can expect it within 7-10 days—although that is out of our control. If we are out of stock, we will send you an email of the approximate shipping date, and we will not charge your credit card until that time.Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the order and are subject to change based upon USPS charges. For regular orders of one book, you will be charged a low $3.99 Shipping & Handling charge via USPS Media Mail. If you need expedited service, you will be charged $7.99 for Priority Mail. For 2-5 books, add $1.00 per book, and $0.50 for each book thereafter.International Orders
Orders for Canada, Israel and Great Britain can be filled through our website and are sent via USPS International First Class Mail or International Priority Mail. As of July 1, 2012, shipping charges for 1 book are $7.99 for Canada and $14.99 for both Israel and Great Britain. Add $2.50 for each additional book. For other countries, if you call or email us, we will be happy to take your order once we determine what the shipping charge will be.Sales Tax
Orders shipped anywhere in New York State must be charged sales tax—subject to change by order of the Legislature. Internet orders shipped elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada are not taxed.Returns and Cancellations
We will gladly offer an exchange or refund if there was a defect in the book. We ask simply that you inform us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of the book.Cancellations
You may cancel an order provided it has not been processed. To cancel your order, call us as soon as possible. If after hours, leave a message with your name and order number as shown on the confirming email. As most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, the sooner you call the more likely it can be canceled.To Receive a Refund
