Confirmations

After your transaction has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Order Turnaround

The vast majority of orders will ship within 2 business days after the transaction is completed and payment is confirmed. With regular delivery, you can expect it within 7-10 days—although that is out of our control. If we are out of stock, we will send you an email of the approximate shipping date, and we will not charge your credit card until that time.

Shipping and Handling

Because of increasing postage costs and time consuming shipping handling, all regular orders of one book will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. You will be charged only $5.99 which is virtually our cost. For 2-5 books, add $1.00 per book, and $0.50 for each book thereafter.

International Orders

Orders for Canada, Israel and Great Britain can be filled through our website and are sent via USPS International First Class Mail or International Priority Mail. As of July 1, 2015, shipping charges for 1 book are $7.99 for Canada and $14.99 for both Israel and Great Britain. Add $1.50 for each additional book. For other countries, if you call or email us, we will be happy to take your order once we determine what the shipping charge will be.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped anywhere in New York State must be charged sales tax—subject to change by order of the Legislature. Internet orders shipped elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada are not taxed.

Returns and Cancellations

We will gladly offer an exchange or refund if there was a defect in the book. We ask simply that you inform us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of the book.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order provided it has not been processed. To cancel your order, call us as soon as possible. If after hours, leave a message with your name and order number as shown on the confirming email. As most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, the sooner you call the more likely it can be canceled.

To Receive a Refund

• Send us the damaged item(s). (See Contact Us for our mailing address.)
• Upon receipt, we will exchange the item(s).
• We will also reimburse you for postage incurred in returning the item.

ECommerce Considerations

We have implemented our own unique shopping cart with the emphasis on clarity and simplicity. Choices are simplified and you, the visitor, are not presented with multiple advertisements, links or other distracting information on the order fulfillment pages. You will find navigation self-explanatory; in less than 2 minutes you can easily submit your order.

Note too, that unlike most websites, we do not retain ordering information over sessions. Thus, if you leave our site inadvertently or your system goes down before confirmation of your order, your shopping cart is emptied. This avoids confusion when you return and eliminates the possibility that you would unknowingly order a book twice.
